Order Cancellation Policy
Before placing the order, if you would like to cancel it, while the order status is in a created state you can do so. once you finished the payment cancellation is not possible now, you can return the medicines by directly walk into the concerned pharmacy and returned it with original bill or invoice which is provided by the pharmacy
For cancelled orders: orders which are cancelled by Hermesmeds before processing, refund will be initiated automatically through the original mode of payment This may take up to 15 working days for the amount to be credited. However, in some cases we may have to use an alternate refund process,simply you can contact our customer care by calling +91-9061702030 or you can e-mail us at hermesmeds@gmail.com with your order details, and valid reason .
